We value your time and pride ourselves in punctuality. We take a lot of time with our patients, talk with them, and ensure that they are comfortable. We do not double-book or overbook. For this reason, we may not be able to see a patient if they are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.
Please note that if you cannot keep your appointment, we require two business days cancellation notice so that we may give the time slot to an emergency patient or someone on our waiting list. A fee may be charged if an appointment is missed without sufficient notice.
